I’ve just had some really interesting travels away from my home area. It’s only when you do move off to somewhere different, even for a few weeks, that you really appreciate the ease with which we can browse and shop for items in an instant. We don’t have to worry about not ever getting our hands on any one thing, service or tradesperson. This is because ther is a fantastic network of information sites and trade bodies that customers can view and check info on. For example if a senior citizen is in need of having work carried out on her house, she or her family could check online for a choice of ‘odd jobbers’ who offer service specially geared to her needs and because all customers are asked to rate the work, for service, timeliness, honesty and value for money etc., there is a fount of useful information for the next peron to enquire.
